“ Francisco’s Deli has some spot-on tortillas that are freshly made. These are not your Mission or Guerrero tortillas that fall apart when you are about to bite in. Although, they are not perfectly shaped, they have the flavor and crunch that makes them mouth-wateringly delicious. I have gone on multiple occasions and have been impressed by the food quality whether that is the caldo de pollo, birria tacos etc. They even hooked me up with the sides when I had the caldo de pollo. I recommend giving this authentic hole-in-the-wall a try when you are in Vista. ”
